Trash

When an abandoned plastic cup discovers that it has become “trash” right after being used by a young woman, it embarks on an epic journey to find her again and fight against this injustice by challenging its fate as a single-use object. Through this wild adventure in the world of waste, TRASH denounces the scourge of single-use pollution and the absurdity of such objects’ existence. A stop-motion short film featuring the voices of Romane Bohringer, Sébastien Chassagne, and others, brilliantly explores our relationship with waste. Absurd, biting, and politically engaged, "Trash" exposes our contemporary contradictions. Even the cups have a soul—we bet you'll be convinced after seeing the film!
